Al enkele tijd ligt er in mijn boekenkast een prachtig boek van Eric Schlosser over de gang van zaken binnen diverse Fastfood bedrijven. Hij heeft als journalist drie jaar onderzoek gedaan naar de werkwijze, hoe een burger tot stand komt en de manieren om die aan de mens te brengen. Het resultaat is het ontluisterende boek ‘Fast Food Nation’.
