Een anonieme informant had de Piratenpartij een document gestuurd waaruit bleek dat de Duitse justitie gebruikt maakt van spyware om Skype-gesprekken te kunnen afluisteren. Tot groot ongenoegen van justitie, die deze operatie geheim had willen houden, publiceerde de partij de informatie op internet.
Ook in Duitsland is de politiestaat in volle wording. Een partij die niets verkeerd doet behalve geheime jusititie-informatie - die kennelijk alles proberen te tappen - openbaren. Ik zei het al eerder, maar wellicht was u nog niet overtuigd. Mijd de Verenigde Staten als de pest:

Maar vreest u niet! De Europese Unie is naarstig bezig om te volgen. En heeft daar niet uw, noch de toestemming van ons parlement voor nodig. Zijn we niet democratisch?

The six campaigners appeared at the top of the construction at around 11am this morning, before unveiling a banner saying STOP CLIMATE CHANGE down the length of the tower. Lego police are in attendance at the foot of the tower, along with a Lego police helicopter.
